She is TWO

Lucy Jane turned TWO today. She had a great day filled with balloons, presents, cake and rides. She was in heaven and kept saying, "Mine burfday, me two". First thing she said this morning when I got her out of bed was, "I got it" in reference to her sippy. I was floored!!! The child is talking a mile a minute and adding new words by the hour. She is a hilarious kid and we are so happy to have her!

Here she is dancing with the Monkey that Great Grandpa & Grandma Jensen sent to her.

Here she is on the 'choo choo' at the Amazing Pizza Machine. She loved this ride and cried when it was Ella's turn to ride.

She loved her cake!!!

Croup is the crap...

Lucy & Jimmy both have croup. We took them to a pediatric urgent care (our Dr is out of town and we were told to go there) and that is what they were diagnosed with. They were both given shots to help, but as you can see, they are both still under the weather. I am hoping that this passes soon because we leave for SC, in five days. Basically croup is an illness with intense coughing (sounding like a seal) and high fevers. It is a swelling of the esophagus. Both kids appear to be in pain when they are having coughing attacks. Winnie the Pooh humidifiers are easing their breathing. Lucy keeps saying, "Poo on." I think she likes hers!
Ella & Lucy are both flower girls, in the wedding. They are so excited. Here is Ella in her outfit that I made for them each to wear to the rehearsal. Inside the flower it says, girl. Get it....flower girl!!!

Updates and some sewing...

Sorry I have been MIA. I would love to tell you some big story about where I have been, but the truth is I FORGOT MY PASSWORD AND COULD NOT SIGN ON FOR DAYS!!! After about fifty attempts tonight...it worked!

Here are pictures of Ella & Lucy's birthday outfits. Norah, Ella's best friend, who lives next door has a matching set to Ella. They are going to Libby Lu's for their birthday and they are so excited!!! I will take TONS of pictures.
Ella got her dance costume at dance last week. Here she is trying it on. She loves the tutu part and will have yellow bows in her hair. Her dance is cute, but I am truly nervous that she is going to be disappointed when she has to dance on the stage and can no longer look herself in the mirror. She has the best time looking at herself in the mirror during dance class!!!

We had a few nice days last week (it snowed today!) and here are some of the new creations I have made for the girls. I loved this one on Lucy. It has the brightest spring colors.
Here is one I made for Ella. It is bright blue starfish.

The sun is shining...

Today the sun is finally shining. We went to the mall today and picked up a few outdoor toys. The kids are all napping and then we are heading outside. Last night they were really wanting to go outside and blow bubbles, but it was really cold. So we decided to bring the bubble to the bathtub. The girls had a blast!

He is honestly the happiest baby I have ever met.
Reaching for the bubbles... (I think we need to feed Ella a little more food!!!)
Jimmy in his shorts and short sleeved shirt. It is in the 60's today.
A few of my latest sewing projects.

Cousin Anna turns 6 in a few weeks. She LOVES horses and here is her gift.
